Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and experienced Project Manager looking to drive impactful digital projects? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead and manage critical content categories in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

• Independently own and drive full categories for Digital (.com/app), including Core Beauty, Food & Beverage, and Pets.
• Ensure creative teams have the necessary information to effectively execute projects.
• Coordinate with partner teams for creative consistency across digital spaces.
• Manage and prioritize tasks to keep creative teams focused and on track.
• Work with Creative teams and Producers on timing and process for photography and other assets.
• Assign teams weekly in our Slingshot tool for the One Team Global Model.
• Maintain project plans and relationships with business partners.
• Set expectations around timelines and deliverables.
• Plan, organize, manage, and execute projects from start to finish.

Skills

• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Slingshot, PPT, Excel, OneNote, and Miro.
• Strong ability to manage various timelines, workstreams, and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to drive work forward and keep teams accountable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working cross-functionally with other teams and partners.
• Digital project management experience is highly desirable.
