Project Manager - Multifamily at HAYS in Miami, Florida

Your company



You'll be part of an over 45 years of history construction general contractor firm with offices in the Miami - Fort Lauderdale area, projects in all of South Florida and the US.
Specialized in Commercial, Mixed Use Developments, Hotels, Multifamily, Senior Living, among other high-end projects.



Responsibilities



Support the VP/ Director in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.


Manage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.


Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration.


Support payment applications, change orders, request for information, permits etc.


Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues.


Lead a 70M Multifamily Mid-Rise Project.



Qualifications



B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.


8-15 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Multifamily, Mixed Use, Hotels, Senior Living, others.


Organized, time management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.


Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software are important.



What you'll get in return



In return, you will receive a package of up to $110,000-160,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
