South Florida-based general contractor with over 25 years in the construction market. Offices Miami - Fort Lauderdale area. Specialized in Commercial, Retail, Restaurants, Educational, Hospitality, and Mid-Rise Multifamily - Residential projects. Between 5-50M.



Your new role



The Estimator / Preconstruction Manager is responsible for leading the preparation of complete and accurate estimates for each phase of the project's design.


Works with clients, architects/engineers, and Subcontractors to plan cost factors for building projects.


Analyzes construction documents, specifications, proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.


Negotiation


Client Meetings Presentation


All CSI Division Management.



What you'll need to succeed



Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar/ related field of study / related experience.


Experience estimating projects or relevant construction experience working for a general contractor.


Between 5 and 20 years of experience working as a Project Manager / Estimator / Preconstruction Manager.


+5 years of experience in commercial construction. Ground up and renovations.


Take Off / Estimating Software experience. OST, Bluebeam, others.


Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.


Multitask, the capability to work under pressure and team management are a must.


Negotiation skills.
