Job Title: Civil Underground Utilities Project Manager


Location: Houston, TX


Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Underground Utilities Project Manager to oversee and manage civil wet underground utilities projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project management within this field, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil wet underground utilities projects, including planning, execution, and completion.


• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.


• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.


• Oversee the installation and maintenance of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and stormwater systems.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.


• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.


• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.


• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.


• Supervise and mentor project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.


• 3-5 years of experience as a project manager for civil wet underground utilities.


• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and underground utility construction.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Proficiency in project management software and tools.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with underground utilities, including water, sewer, and stormwater systems.


• Familiarity with Houston's infrastructure and regulations.
