We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on healthcare construction projects in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing MEP systems on similar projects, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate thorough industry knowledge.



Your new role


  • Oversee all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) components of healthcare construction projects.


  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.


  • Ensure that all MEP systems comply with applicable codes, regulations, and project specifications.


  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.


  • Develop and implement project schedules for MEP systems.


  • Manage MEP subcontractors and ensure quality control.


  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.


  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.


  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained on-site.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years of MEP supervisory experience in healthcare construction projects.


  • Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.


  • Strong leadership and communication skills.


  • Proficiency in project management software.


  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
