Your new role
The Lead Estimator is responsible for leading the preparation of complete and accurate estimates for each phase of the project's design. Works with clients, architects/engineers, and Subcontractors to plan cost factors for building projects. Analyses construction documents, specifications, proposals to prepare time, cost, and labour estimates.


What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field of study.
Experience estimating projects or relevant engineering experience.
Between 5 to 10 years of experience working as an Estimator.
+3 years of experience in commercial / multifamily construction.
On Screen Take Off experience.
Excel ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Multitask, capability to work under pressure and team management are a must.
