Job Summary
Mass General Brigham offers a full range of care for our patients at our world-class hospitals and community healthcare centers.


The Intern will be involved in projects and invites, that include;


• Support McLean Tech Services team in deploying and maintaining hospital issued hardware


• Participate in various McLean Tech Services projects including Windows upgrades, Portable Device Inventory, and End of Life Device Replacements


• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support to hospital end-users


• Organize and maintain ServiceNow tickets and inventory management



Qualifications



Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required


• Enrollment in Undergraduate Degree program required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be reliable and punctual.


• Excellent management skills.


• Excellent verbal communication skills.


• Ability to take and follow direction.


• Willingness to learn.

Schedule Requirements:

• 4 days onsite required at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA, 1 remote day per week


• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday eastern business hours


• Remote work requires a stable, quiet, secure, HIPAA compliant work station
