Volt is immediately hiring for an Senior Manager, Social & Digital Media in New York
This individual will lead the corporate website relaunch and oversee all social media operations, ensuring successful execution. They will also mentor the Social & Digital Media Specialist and intern, maintaining continuity in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Identity & Corporate Narrative Rollout
Lead the launch & post-launch strategies for the new corporate logo and manifesto, developing social content partnership with the creative & PR team
Track engagement, sentiment, and reach analytics, optimizing in real time.
Collaborate with Internal Comms, Purpose & PR teams, ensuring a unified strategy
Ongoing Social & Digital Operations
Oversee major digital priorities, including the July corporate brand relaunch and any additional campaigns, activations, or paid media partnerships that arise.
Advise on Talent Acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
Social & Digital Team Management
Provide guidance and mentorship to the Social & Digital Media Specialist and intern, ensuring smooth execution of:
Social media management (content creation, copy writing, scheduling, engagement)
Web governance (site updates, compliance)
Performance reporting (tracking insights and sharing findings with stakeholders)
Approve social media assets and post copy, maintaining brand consistency and voice.
Act as an escalation point to Director of Digital & Design for issues / roadblocks
Stakeholder Communication & Leadership Updates
Provide key updates to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on major projects.
Additional opportunities for Growth and Exposure
Exposure to and drafting communications for our C-Suite Executives, especially as it relates to earned and social media
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in social & digital media, with expertise in social channel management.
Strong project management skills, particularly in overseeing large-scale digital initiatives.
Experience with website launches, digital storytelling, and brand rollouts is a plus.
Familiarity with social media reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Emplifi) is a plus.
Ability to mentor a team while ensuring seamless day-to-day execution.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align with cross-functional teams.

Pay Rate:$67/hr
