Shipping & Receiving Clerk Lead at Volt in Oxnard, California

Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring for a Shipping Lead in Oxnard.


As a Shipping Lead you will:

• Receives and unloads freight either manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Checks damaged goods by inspecting parts for any discrepancies.
• Verifies quantity and quality of order and verifies against purchase order.
• Wraps, packages and ships supplies.
• Delivers and retrieves supplies to and from work or storage areas.
• Tags and issues supplies.
• Stocks shelves and rotates inventory.
• Organize shipments on floor by customer
• Count the parts for each order and fill out paperwork accordingly.
• Enter each order in the system before moving to next operation

This is a 1st Shift Opportunity

Pay $18-24/hr

The ideal candidate must have:

• Must have 5 years experience as a Lead
• MS Office Suites
• Excel
• UPS, FedEx and BOL Experience including Custom documentation
