We are currently seeking a Commercial Assistant to work in our Air Pollution Control Division in our Roswell, GA office. This position will be responsible to provide commercial administration support to sales opportunities and purchase orders for the parts and service business.

Responsibilities may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
Prepare quotations for parts and service business in SAP or other systems
Enter & register received PO from clients in SAP
Follow-up status of PO's on a regular basis
Prepare and revise billing plan for parts and aftermarket business
Coordinate billing of services provide in coordination with Accounts Payable of Andritz
Negotiate and agree terms of delivery with the customer
Assist with obtaining vendor quotes
Management of part and retrofit deliveries working with Andritz logistics group
Keep client and other stakeholders informed about the status of part and retrofit quotations and sales orders.
Ensuring the application of all defined Andritz procedures and standards in execution of work.

When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, abilities, and experience:
Commercial or business administration degree, with practical experience in a B2B industry of at least 5 years
Working knowledge of SAP
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (English)
