Days: Mon-Fri 6:00am to 2:30pm; Swing: Mon-Fri 2:00pm to 10:30pm; Weekends: Fri-Sun 8am to 8pm

THIS POSITION IS FOR WEEKEND SHIFT - Friday thru Sunday, 12 hours shifts - 4:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

As a CNC Vertical Mill Machinist 2, you will set-up and run repeat or proven part(s) with simple to high complexity with minimal direction from area Lead or Supervisor.

• Responsible for utilizing shop paper procedure including updates, signatures, and stamps, counting quantities, labeling and non-conformance related activities


• Responsible for DNC communications upload and download tool programs


• Provide technical assistance, guidance, and instruction to operators and lower-level machinists as required.

Qualifications:

• Completion of Machine Tool Technology program preferred.


• Minimum three to five years' work experience


• Knowledge of CNC programming and G & M code


• Enrolled in or vocational education or four years formal apprenticeship preferred.
