Provides leadership in developing strategy and gaining executive and business level support for application upgrades, purchases, and new software implementation.
Provide business functional leadership and support for all enterprise applications and associated integrations, along with related business scenarios and business process changes.
Provide technical leadership and support of all enterprise applications and associate integrations of business supporting applications on premises and cloud-based infrastructures.
Lead and develop a strategy to gain acceptance, throughout the Ring organization, to embrace the use of standard business processes while tailoring when applicable and available to achieve maximum customer benefit, simplicity, and satisfaction.
Performs business analysis and requirements gathering for enterprise applications and ERP modules.
Acts as a Team Lead/Project Manager in project planning and collaboration activities while driving timeline management and project execution as required.
Establish a framework and roadmap for setting up RING appropriate PMO within IT guidelines for project governance, required skill set, and training offering levels of proficiency for members of IT.
Works directly with customers and all business teams to gather related business requirements, architect, customize, and deliver technologies necessary to support the required business processes.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
ERP and other enterprise applications' administration, system and user security; system monitoring on routine basis.
Lead projects; determine the objectives and goals of software and reporting implementation and the feasibility of certain goals. Identify risks associated with the project, all time and budget expectations and constraints. Advises management team on the way the ERP will change each department's role and leads appropriate change management to maximize likelihood of successful acceptance of change.
Functional support for all enterprise related business scenarios, acting as a business process expert and liaison for the department to the end user community.
Coordinates gathering and investigation of requirements for business enterprise modules as well as participates in building a strategy towards the use of new and existing modules.
Designs and delivers training classes with emphasis on the business process implications both locally and from an enterprise perspective.
Leads or serves as subject matter equivalent in cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions and optimize operations. Excellent communication skills are a must for this position.
Takes the lead in managing conflict by stepping up and seeing it as an opportunity, facilitating breakthroughs, settling differences in productive ways with minimum noise.
Conducts impact analysis of products, systems, upgrades, and changes for department/functional areas, and evaluates systems and business processes.
Identifies and resolves issues by recommending modifications to business processes if applicable.
Troubleshoots automated system problems and issues encountered by users. Provides web support as necessary.
Defines and creates test plans, test scripts, and test procedures for new enhancements or upgrades.
Collaborate closely with customers to plan, execute, and implement data exchanges.
Mentors and trains subordinate analysts.
SQL database queries and reporting on a needed basis.

Experience and Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
8-10 years of experience with a major enterprise system in manufacturing facilities, preferably Infor LN Cloud Enterprise.
Project Management experience required (leading projects, defining and managing project scope. staying on budget and delivering projects on time).
Understanding of financial and manufacturing modules.
