Compensation Manager

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Boston)


Our client, a world-leading private investment firm in Boston, is conducting a search for a Compensation Manager to support one of their global business sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing compensation strategies, financial planning, compensation modeling, and designing incentive and equity programs.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required


• 8+ years of expereince in a compensation-focused role


• Financial services industry expereince is strongly preferred


• Strong analytic skills
