Day-To-Day:

• Provides for the complete care of individual consumers, which includes direct supervision of activities of daily living as well as assisting the individuals in become work or job ready.
• Identifies the individual's employment preference, job skills, and requirements for work setting and work conditions.
• Locates prospective employers offering employment capatibile with the individual's preference and skill.
• Provides reinforcement of counseling and therapy activities.
• Conducts training related to an individual's assessed needs specific to his/her employment.
• Performs job analysis to determine if a potential job meets the interests and needs of the individual.
• Assists the individual with job applications, pre-employment forms, practice interviews, and pre-employment testing.
• Accompanies individuals to job interviews.
• Maintains records of employment and other required documentation for the program.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma plus two years experience.
• Must have valid Texas Driver License, clear MVR and ability to be insured.
