Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a prominent law firm in Uptown Dallas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation support and be adept at managing a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is full time, direct hire, and fully on-site.



Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file pleadings


• Draft client correspondence and legal documents


• Perform comprehensive document review and assist with discovery processes


• Maintain a detailed calendar of docket events and deadlines


• Provide trial support, including the use of presentation technology


• Manage a diverse caseload and demonstrate flexibility to work overtime when necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years' of experience as a litigation paralegal


• Strong preference for candidates with one of the following:
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree
  
  
  • Paralegal Certificate
  
  
  • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies
  
  
  • Certified Legal Assistant
  
  
  
  


• Superior oral and written communication skills


• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to consistently meet strict deadlines


• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
