Contract Senior Manager of Employee Relations Location: Hybrid in Boston (onsite 3 days/week)
Our client, a large pharmaceutical company, is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Employee Relations for a 6-month contract. This role supports the ER function as a whole and ensures employee concerns are handled in a timely, fair, and consistent manner in accordance with company values and all applicable laws.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to HR Partners and leaders on ER matters, corrective actions, and performance management
Work across the business to conduct ER investigations in accordance with best practices and key ER principles
Work in partnership with ER team, HRPBs and Legal to lead thorough and objective investigations regarding complaints of harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and policy violations
Required Experience & Education:
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of Employee Relations experience in a large, complex organization
Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, commercial sales, or R&D experience preferred
Previous experience managing a high volume of ER cases
