Contract Senior Manager of Employee Relations
Location: Hybrid in Boston (onsite 3 days/week)


Our client, a large pharmaceutical company, is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Employee Relations for a 6-month contract. This role supports the ER function as a whole and ensures employee concerns are handled in a timely, fair, and consistent manner in accordance with company values and all applicable laws.



Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to HR Partners and leaders on ER matters, corrective actions, and performance management


• Work across the business to conduct ER investigations in accordance with best practices and key ER principles


• Work in partnership with ER team, HRPBs and Legal to lead thorough and objective investigations regarding complaints of harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and policy violations

Required Experience & Education:

• Bachelor's degree required


• 7+ years of Employee Relations experience in a large, complex organization


• Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, commercial sales, or R&D experience preferred


• Previous experience managing a high volume of ER cases
