*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering contracts and Master Service Agreements (MSA's) related to fire protection projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and coordinating between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams. This is a key role that ensures the successful delivery of projects while maintaining effective communication and handling contractual issues. 
Key Responsibilities:

* Contract Review & Management:
Review and negotiate contracts, including terms and conditions, scope of work, schedules, and pricing, to ensure alignment with project objectives and compliance with company policies.
* Document Control:
Maintain organized records of all contract documentation, including amendments, submittals, and correspondence, ensuring all project files are up to date.
* Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and proactively address issues related to contract terms, indemnification exposure, performance, compliance, and payments.
* Project Coordination:
Collaborate with the sales, project managers, engineers/designers, and subcontractors to ensure the proper execution of contractual agreements and timely completion of fire protection projects.  Coordinate and assist in completion of pre-qualification packages.
* Change Orders & Variations:
Clearly review and identify process change orders, monitor variations in project scope, and ensure that all contract modifications are documented and approved in accordance with company procedures when completing our Scope & Contract Review process.
* Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Prepare regular progress reports for management, highlighting contractual and financial impacts.  Ensure our insurance complies with the requirements of contracts and ensure all COIs are issued, filed and properly organized.
* Claims Management:
Handle any claims or disputes that may arise, working closely with legal advisors when necessary to resolve contractual issues.
Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
* Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, preferably in the construction or fire protection industry.
* Strong knowledge of contract law, construction contracts, and proven ability to achieve acceptable risk while maintaining good relations with customers.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe).  Experience in markups and tracking changes.
* Familiarity with contract management software and project management tools is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex contract issues.
Additional Responsibilities:

* Help coordinate Fleet Program with Corporate Fleet Team.  Communicate and gather local data for managers and leaders to ensure fleet orders are properly tracked and communicated to our Corporate Fleet Team.
* Assist in Fleet Insurance Claims and Documentation.
* Assist Financial team with collection efforts to ensure we are properly and timely compensated.
