Technical Program Manager - Central Integrity & Support Responsibilities:
Drive clear and consistent communication with leadership, stakeholders, and core working teams on a regular cadence to ensure alignment and awareness.
Drive and shape technical and product strategy, proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans, align priorities, and establish direction for a broadly cross-functional area.
Develop and manage end-to-end technical product solutions, ensuring on-time delivery and leading program execution within a matrix organization.
Develop and oversee the overall program, including defining scope, requirements, development framework, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Provide active program management throughout the analysis, benchmarking, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and manage changes across programs.
Lead internal process enhancements across various teams and functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience in systems engineering, hardware engineering, software engineering, or technical product/program management.
Experience in delivering complex technical programs and/or products from inception to delivery.
Knowledge of identifying user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
Experience working independently across multiple teams, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership.
Experience in communication and collaboration with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
Experience in organizational coordination and multi-tasking across various teams and functions.
Experience in analyzing and solving problems within large-scale systems.
Experience in building work relationships across multidisciplinary teams and with multiple partners in different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data platforms and measurement systems.
Experience in building platforms that serve a wide range of users and use cases, designing the right inputs, outputs, and skills to create a comprehensive user experience.
