Job Summary of the Legal Contract Coordinator
The Legal Contract Coordinator position is a hub of the Legal Department at Axogen. This position will gain exposure to the breadth of responsibilities in the Axogen legal environment. This position will also allow you the opportunity to manage the contracts and assist the in-house attorneys with their review. Responsible for supporting the Legal Department with contracts administration and other projects, as needed.
Requirements of the Legal Contract Coordinator
High School Diploma and a minimum of 0-3 years experience in a legal administration role or similar
Associate degree in business administration, pre-law or related field preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment
Experience and proficiency with Excel, Acrobat Adobe, Microsoft Experience with ContractLogix contract management platform is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and clear and effective communication skills
Desire to develop skills in corporate legal/compliance environment
Responsibilities of the Legal Contract Coordinator
The specific duties of the Legal Contract Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Maintains and administers the company's contract management system
Partners cross-functionally to support contract requests
Compliance monitoring: ensure contracts adhere to company policy including tracking and monitoring key contract milestones and actions
Responsible for all record maintenance and organization of documents
Supports contract template creation and completion of template forms
Support the implementation of a new contract management system including transfer of legacy agreement to new platform technology
Assists the Legal/Compliance teams with revision to policies and procedures and maintenance of policies
Collaborate cross functionally and train and/or develop training for stakeholders on contract management system
Assist with third-party risk assessments and other compliance monitoring requirements
Support Legal/Compliance team members with daily administrative tasks or assignments
Supports other projects as necessary

This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Hourly Pay Range
$24.04 - $30.05 USD
