We are seeking talented Intake Clinicians

POSITION SUMMARY

The ideal candidate should be capable of performing a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Facilitating intake, admission, and utilization review processes for incoming patients.


• Responding to inquiries about the facility within the facility's policy timeframes.


• Performing ongoing assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and financial needs.


• Implementing crisis interventions and making appropriate referrals when necessary.
  

EDUCATION:

Must be a Therapist (MSW, LMSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

* Licensure, as determined by the State, required to complete the essential job functions of the position required.
* CPI/CPR per policy

EXPERIENCE:

Experience with crisis management or intake preferred.
