Job Summary:

The PMO Analyst plays a key role in supporting project governance, reporting, and process improvement within the Project Management Office (PMO). This individual ensures that project management standards, methodologies, and best practices are followed across the organization working across various functions and departments, from finance to operations, and marketing to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the PMO in maintaining project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.


• Monitor and track project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.


• Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including status reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Facilitate project review meetings and prepare reports for senior management.


• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.


• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve project performance.


• Provide guidance and training to project teams on PMO processes and tools.


• Support resource planning and capacity management within the PMO.


• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to improve project execution.


• Assist in post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.


• 2-5 years of experience in a PMO or project management role.


• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).


• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.


• Experience in data analysis and reporting.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.


• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM) is a plus.
