Lead Product Marketing Manager Integrated Marketing Execution
Group O is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager who is fluent in Spanish, speaking, and writing. This leader will be part of a team that shepherds the consumer marketing strategy from ideation to execution, collaboratively develop and implement the Go-To-Market plan for our clients' product portfolio and lead cross-functional teams to seamlessly execute marketing campaigns, including Hispanic Marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Develop succinct and powerful go-to-market briefs for all acquisition campaigns, initiatives, and tentpoles across multiple audiences, including Hispanics.
Lead/own campaign plan of record and workback schedules for assigned acquisition campaigns.
Drive go-to-market execution and orchestration to ensure strategy consistency and optimization through all channels and for all audiences.
Work with competitive insights, trends, and substantiation to inform go-to-market plan.
Collaborate with numerous internal stakeholders to ensure seamless marketing execution across all channels/tactics—advertising, paid media, PR, dotcom and other sales channels, legal, brand/messaging, and more.
Travel:
10% of the role may require travel.
Job Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Experience:
5+ years’ experience in marketing, Hispanic marketing, or related field.
Preferred Experience:
Prior direct report/agency management experience and ability to achieve results through others is a plus.
Confidence and experience presenting and interacting across all levels of management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be fully fluent in Spanish – speak and write.
Must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Thrives leading in a cross-functional environment to ensure work gets done efficiently.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills and proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with minimal direction.
Proficiency in Word and Excel, mastery of PowerPoint, and a high level of aesthetics and organization.
Must possess the ability to analyze market data and reporting.
Must be a strategic thinker and demonstrate excellent attention to detail simultaneously.
