Act as an 24/7 operational coordinator in the Local Command Center ensuring execution is performed in accordance to defined Standard Operating Procedures.
Act as deputy for LEGO Site Security Management and decision maker in relation to security, fire, health, safety and crisis incidents. If needed escalate and mobilize LEGO Site Security Management or Site Emergency Response Team based on the defined escalation matrix in the Local Contingency Plan.
Ensure logging and documentation of all security activities, events and incidents.
Support internal investigation and potential contact with local authorities in case it is needed.
Ensure operational continuity briefing and handing over to next Supervisor on Duty and reporting to LEGO Site Security Management.
Monitor local Security System performance, documenting and reporting system malfunction in the Integrated Workplace Management System (PLANON).
Support and train Operators from local security service provider on efficient responses to incidents, alerts and alarms, analyzing the situation, deciding on appropriate response.
Ensure local standards operating procedures, instructions, check-lists etc. for the Local Command Center are maintained and up-to-date and provide input for ongoing development, innovation and continuous improvement.
Support LEGO Site Security Management on generation and documentation of site KPIs and ad hoc requests.
Acting as role model ensuring the LEGO values are embedded in local security operations.
Conduct regular inventory of visitor cards, key database, and security equipment.
Document dropped hours by local security service provider.

Technical/operational Proficiency: Familiarity with CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Receiving Systems systems (GENETEC will be considered an advantage).
Experience and interest in using office IT systems (MS Office Word, Excel, SharePoint)
Problem-Solving / Decision making: Based on the knowledge of the internal procedures in place and the legal environment quickly and effectively assessing and addressing issues as they arise.
Leadership: Leading by example, being able to coordinate and lead with representatives of different departments and knowing their limitations and authority.

Multi-Tasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus (control on operations, managing CCTV and investigations, etc...)
Flexibility & Dependability: Availability to work during night and weekend / holidays (shift pattern), being reliable and consistent in performing duties.
Attention to Detail: Has a positive and analytical approach to tasks and challenges ensuring quality and accuracy on any kind of verbal and written output, incident reports, communication and logs.
