Job Description:

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Operations Manager with strong manufacturing experience to oversee the management, optimization, and reporting of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role will serve as the sole internal IT point of contact, ensuring seamless ERP operations, coordinating with external vendors, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business needs.


Key Responsibilities
ERP Management & Optimization
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs.
Identify and implement system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting to improve efficiency.
Manage user access, security settings, and system configurations within the ERP platform.
Vendor Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison with external ERP vendors, consultants, and IT service providers.
Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and support contracts are met.
Coordinate ERP software updates, patches, and integrations with external providers.
Internal IT & Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the sole internal IT point of contact, addressing technical needs and resolving IT-related issues.
Work closely with department heads, finance, supply chain, production, and operations to understand system requirements and drive process improvements.
Develop and maintain IT policies and best practices related to ERP system usage.
Reporting & Data Management
Design, generate, and maintain ERP system reports for business insights, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for decision-making.
Develop custom dashboards and reporting solutions to support various departments.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of ERP management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production workflows.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar.
Technical proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
Ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues and coordinate resolutions.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
