Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable Specialists at Ledgent Finance & Accounting in Houston, Texas

Job Description:

Ledgent Finance & Accounting has several opportunities for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialists.


We have both temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities available throughout the Houston area. These positions are 100% in office roles.


Job duties include:
Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions form lock box and local deposits.
Full-cycle accounts payable duties including matching checks to PO's, coding, processing invoices, and check runs.


Requirements:
2+ years of Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience
Experience with ERP system
Strong Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP's preferred)


Pay range $23-26/hr.
