Tool / Die Maker - Direct-Hire (3pm-11:30pm Shift) at Ultimate Staffing Services in Cypress, California

Job Description:

Our client is looking to hire on a Tool/Die Maker to join their growing team. This will be a direct-hire opportunity, and hours will be 3pm-11:30pm.


Responsibilities/Duties:

• Determines the order of operations, fabrication, assembly, and layout for various tools and dies based on tool drawings, written instructions, and verbal guidance.


• Prepares and operates tool and die-making machinery, including grinders.


• Reviews blueprints, sketches, models, or specifications to develop a step-by-step plan for manufacturing tools, dies, or assemblies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of combined technical education and hands-on experience.


• Strong knowledge of tool and die manufacturing processes.


• Experience working in a fitting or manufacturing environment.


• Ability to interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools.


• Familiarity with industry quality standards and procedures.


• High school diploma or GED required.


• Skilled in setting up and operating various tool room machines.
