SUMMARY:



This position is responsible for keeping track of cattle inventory, booking the harvest schedule, relaying information from the buyers to upper management, as well as on the plant level. Accurately scheduling deliveries to maintain slaughter operations. Liaison between producers and truck lines.



REQUIREMENTS:



Education: College education preferred or equivalent ag experience.


Experience: Knowledge of modern production ag preferred.


Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Microsoft office, Mainframe, One Drive.


Communication Skills: : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Professional phone skills are a must.


Special Skills: Detailed oriented with accurate record keeping skills. Multi-tasking.
