Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Salesforce Architect/Lead Developer for a Hybrid role


Position type: Contract
Duration: 6+months
Location: Hybrid - Baltimore, MD. 3 days/week Onsite.

Salesforce Certifications are needed.
Hybrid role out of Maryland - MUST be local!
Financial/Banking background is required

We are seeking a proactive and professional individual to serve as a Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect. The Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect is responsible for managing, designing, and building world-class products and experiences into Salesforce. This includes aligning technology and business team's strategies, systems analysis, requirements definition, systems integration, testing, and support of new and existing Salesforce capabilities in alignment with key business objectives.

As the Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead technical design and development: Create, review, and test new applications and improvements on the Salesforce.com platform.

  • Implement solutions: Design, code, test, and deploy enhancements to our Salesforce applications.

  • Strong technical knowledge: Be proficient in application development, database design, and systems implementation to create solutions for complex business needs.

  • Translate business needs: Understand customer business processes and requirements and convert them into documents like Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, or User Stories.

  • Write Technical Specifications: Create detailed technical documents for the development team.

  • Serve as point of contact for technology issue escalation and communication.

  • Management and logging of user feedback in Agile, JIRA, Confluence and/or other appropriate systems.

  • Experience in documenting requirements on large end to end initiatives that include multiple technology teams across the enterprise (Digital, CRM, BPM, Middleware, Backend).

  • Must be able to partner effectively with a wide range of teams, including business leaders, delivery teams and external partners, to drive business success.

  • Should evangelize re-usable components that can be enterprise assets.

  • Continuously identifies opportunities and executes process improvements.

Desired Qualifications
  • 8 + years of experience in hands-on experience in designing and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

  • 3+ years of experience in Lead Developer/Architect role.

  • Experience with multiple, complex, and at least one large Force.com implementation project involving multiple releases, change management process and/or multi location deployment.

  • Experience with committing to repositories and deploying across environments using tools such as VS Code/Code Builder and GitHub.

  • Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certification preferred. Multiple certifications preferred.

  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Financial Service Cloud preferred.

  • Experience in middleware or iPaaS very helpful.

  • Experience with Boomi Data Hub very helpful.

  • Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance, and enhancements of Salesforce.

  • Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.

  • Proven analytical, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.

  • Highly self-motivated and directed.

  • Keen attention to detail.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $100-130/hr W2. Open for C2C.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
