Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Senior Talent Management Specialist


Position Type : Full-time, Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location : Remote

As a Senior Talent Management Specialist will be:

The Senior Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of organizational talent programs and initiatives.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Manage organizational talent projects that may be large, complex, and/or highly visible
• Design, implement, and manage the talent review process to identify high-potential coworkers and key talent.
• Collaborate with the Business Partner team to develop and maintain success profiles and succession plans for critical roles.
• Aggregate and analyze talent data to surface insights for senior leadership review, discussion, and visibility.
• Collaborate with VP and Director of Talent Management to develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Act as a thought leader throughout TRP and other key talent initiatives,, staying apprised of industry best practices
• Ensure alignment between performance management and talent review processes.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience in Human Resources OR designing and implementing division or company-wide talent programs
• OR 9 years of experience in Human Resources OR designing and implementing division or company-wide talent programs

Required Qualifications

• HR background
• Has an understanding and knowledge of talent review processes and how to project manage it for the enterprise
• Maintains good stakeholder communications and relationships with leaders and BPs.
• Data analysis and can draw insights
• Has a working knowledge of Workday
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to operationalize and scale a business process
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, compile and present data to convey an idea and recommendations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with incredible attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $30 - 35 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
