Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role of VP Corporate Controller.
Must be within commutable distance of Dallas.
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, strategic, and thoughtful Controller who can lead their accounting team and leverage their financial acumen to help drive the business forward. This role will report directly to the CFO and work very closely with the PE partners and have a seat at the table as it relates to strategic business decisions. Our client is targeting someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and can do more than maintain the financials. This role will be highly collaborative and will have influence over operations, FP&A, sales, and marketing initiatives.
This organization is highly acquisitive with strong organic growth, and so strategic scaling and M&A integrations is expected, including building out of the accounting and finance team.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated breadth of accounting experience within a growth situation, with career progression, remaining technically hands on, while also being commercially savvy and a strategic leader.
