Responsibilities:
Support monthly, mid-year, and year-end closings, including journal entries, reconciliations, and process enhancements.
Prepare HFM reporting packages and perform variance analysis for balance sheets and income statements.
Analyze and summarize factors influencing balance sheet variances.
Assist with intercompany transactions, audits, and strengthening internal control processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, including public accounting.
Proficient in analytical, technical, Excel, and project management skills.
