Job Title: ProAV/Hardware Product Support Engineer
Reports to: Quality & Technical Lab Manager
Location: Full-time, Office-based with occasional travel
Role Overview:
As a ProAV/Hardware Product Support Engineer, you will be the top-tier technical expert, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to hardware (interactive flat panels, commercial displays, ProAV equipment) and AV control systems. You'll work closely with Tier 2 support, engineering teams, and other departments to ensure timely solutions and enhance support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced troubleshooting for escalated hardware/software issues.
Support a range of ProAV products including IFPs, CDEs, AV control systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve product defects.
