Job Description:

Our client a leading Commercial General Contractor based in El Paso, Texas are seeking to grow their team with a Project Coordinator. This role sits within the Retail/ Shopping Center department and will be responsible for administration of consultants/ contractors/ construction.

Responsibilities:

• Report writing
• Preparation of reports for ownership
• Coordinate pre development works on assigned projects
• Review and process contractor invoices
• Administers contracts and project requirements
• Review plans and designs
• Apply project management principles to ensure completion of projects
• Assist with planning and development

Experience:

• Professional experience in contract administration, construction management, engineering or related fields.

Compensation:
