A growing Glazing Contractor is looking to add a Glazing Superintendent to their team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced Foreman/Superintendent who wants to join a growing company and develop their career further.
The Glazing Superintendent will have worked with all types of glass, installation of aluminum and steel framing, external facades and internal installation. This Glazing Superintendent will be a leader of crews between 2 to 15 while also participating in the daily installation process.
Responsibilities of the Glazing Superintendent
Manage multiple jobsites safely and efficiently.
Manage schedules, foresee risk, direct jobsite milestones and ensure safety standards are met.
Develop and improve the skill sets of Glaziers
Participate and lead installation of all project component.
Job Requirements
Able to walk, stand, bend, and sit for long periods of time
Familiar with OSHA construction jobsite requirements
Know and understand building and construction methods, materials and tools
Physical ability to work with ladders, scaffolding and related equipment required for glass installation
