Job Description:
The Retail Sales Merchandiser will collaborate with store managers, sales associates, and corporate teams, providing feedback on product performance and customer preferences to guide future merchandising decisions.
The Retail Sales Merchandiser will assist customers, provide product knowledge, and ensure satisfaction.
The Retail Sales Merchandiser arrange products according to planograms, ensuring visual appeal and alignment with brand standards. Update displays regularly to reflect seasonal changes, promotions, and new arrivals.
Requirements:
1-2 years in retail merchandising, strong communication, basic math, and retail sales skills.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High School diploma; bilingual (Spanish) and travel flexibility a plus.
