Basic Job Functions:
The Systems Integration Analyst is responsible for consulting with business product owners, assembling go-live requirements, documenting system workflows, managing systems configuration and communicating with consultants/other project stakeholders to ensure successful logistics systems implementations, enhancements and migrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, third party software vendors and organization leaders throughout Nucor to ensure data integrity, seamless logistics system configuration and smooth go live processes.
Additional Functions include, but are not limited to,
Analyzing existing systems and processes to identify integration points and opportunities for improvement
Maintaining and building alignment across product groups for logistics systems best practices
Work closely with business partners to collect system needs and document them as acceptance criteria.
Coordinate testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and load testing following both standardized and customized test scripts.
Map, clean and validate data for migration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Project rollout planning, systems enhancement schedules and advise on logistics systems roadmap optimization.
Being accountable for project documentation and communication to ensure clarity and alignment for project milestone events
Troubleshoot and resolve integration related issues during and after implementations.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend improvements to logistics systems integration best practices.
Willingness and ability to travel ~25%

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, project management, information technology or related fields
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams in various geographic locations with varying degrees of IT knowledge.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proficiency in data mapping, transformation and validation techniques
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating third party software with ERP systems such as Oracle/EBS, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
Proven history working with logistics and transportation business process owners on systems projects to include business process mapping, data validation, collection and streamlined reporting and system alerting.
Experience with logistics systems such as TMS, WMS, RFQ and Fleet Management Tools
Princeton TMX implementation experience a plus
Experience with Power BI or other similar reporting tools
Experience with business process mapping and root cause analysis tools and techniques
Ability to conduct meetings and deliver presentations by connecting to the audience's needs.
Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Products to include Sharepoint, Planner, Power Automate, etc
