Prepare reports for inventory gaps and maintain records of number of items
Assist in monitoring all inventory issues and ensure effective resolution for all
Evaluate all freight and ensure accuracy in count and prepare discrepancy reports
Perform random audit on various shipping invoices according to company polices/procedures
Prepare and reconcile all daily cycle count processes and prepare reports within timeframe
Maintain and update inventory on a regular basis and always ensure accuracy
Coordinate with various departments and always provide inventory support
Managing inventory and filing systems.
Assessing and improving flows of supplies through companies.
Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.
Identifying, analyzing, and addressing gaps in inventory processes.
Performs other related duties as assigned by supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma GED, and/or related experience
Experience as inventory coordinator, inventory analyst or similar role.
Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
Working knowledge of inventory management software.
Active participation in inventory audits.
Excellent organizational skills.
Good communication, ability to accurately track inventory & create reports.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook) / computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working for a manufacturing company
Bilingual English/ Spanish, preferred
Experience with inventory management systems
Forklift certification
