The Director, Vendor Management Accounts delivers oversight of AMN Vendor Management accounts by cultivating successful client relationships, and collaborating with internal and external partners to design account strategies - including expansion of AMN service offerings - while overseeing the operations and partnering with the Account Management & Recruiting teams in alignment with AMN's Enterprise Service objectives to increase revenue, market share and fill rate.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain Vendor Management client relationships through direct contact to increase utilization of AMN services, assist with facility order projections, cross-sell AMN services, share best practices across Vendor Management clients, and resolve escalated service calls in order to position AMN as a critical partner in the clients' success.
Create and submit reports to internal leaders as well as clients in order to communicate activity, key metrics, and strategy development.
Share best practices across internal departments to improve operational processes across our Vendor Management accounts. (Billing, Invoicing, Order Management, Technology process improvement strategies).
Develop and present customized Business Reviews to clients to communicate recent activity and overall effectiveness of the relationship between AMN and the Vendor Management client.
Facilitate strategic planning process with client, in conjunction with Business Reviews, to identify needs for process improvement, discuss product/service expansion opportunities, or system upgrades.
Communicate Vendor Management account information and progress-to-goals to AMN senior/executive leadership through presentations, reports, and meetings in order to maintain accountability, set goals, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
Partnered with back office partners as well as Account Management & Recruiting teams through effective leadership and communication skills in alignment with divisional goals and performance objectives.

Pay Rate
$77,000 - $96,000 Salary Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
