The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in our Skilled Nursing Home/Assisted Living. This position requires a strong and physiology, as well as the ability to work effectively with seniors, particularly in geriatrics and dementia care.

Duties

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Provide support to nursing staff.
Ensure patient safety by adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and progress.
Participate in the education of patients about their health conditions and treatments.

Experience
Candidates should possess a foundational knowledge of:

Physiology and medical terminology relevant to patient care.
Experience with Seniors is preferred.
Familiarity with dementia care practices is a plus.
