Job Summary: The Inside Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This position involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.


• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct.


• Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.


• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.


• Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.


• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to manage stock.


• Handle customer complaints and issues, providing solutions and escalating when necessary.


• Generate sales reports and analyze data to support sales strategies.


• Collaborate with marketing to support promotional activities and campaigns.


• Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the manufacturing industry.


• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.


• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
