JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hybrid Tues and Wed in office
The Direct Response Project Manager will support the execution of internal business requests and ensure timely and in-scope delivery of direct response marketing campaigns.
This role requires outstanding end-to-end process management, collaboration and communication skills to help manage workstreams, timelines, and resources across the entire CRM channel team. Using your knowledge of business processes and challenges, you will be able to proactively identify potential roadblocks or challenges and work together with the consumer business unit and external agencies project management teams to provide actionable and practical solutions. In addition, the role will provide execution follow-through and accurate delivery, as well as develop systems for project tracking and creative auditing.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining solid business relationships; encouraging a collaborative approach with departmental team members.
- Ongoing campaign tracking, assessment and resource management, for new and existing campaigns via intake funnel from multiple internal teams; managing expectations with business and departmental teams on their specific requests
- Assessing business needs and priorities to ensure requests are kicked-off per agreed upon SLAs and balanced against internal and agency resources; negotiating timelines and budgets when needed, ensuring that all deadlines are maintained in times of heavy volume
Educating business unit partners on cost savings opportunities and solutions aligned with marketing efforts
- Partnering with external creative agency teams to manage capacity and prioritization of work
Reviewing business change requests and responding with schedule/cost impacts and alternatives
- Representing the interests of the CRM channel team in interactions with internal and external project teams
- Building and maintaining resource and asset libraries for audit and onboarding purposes

You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business.
- Three or more years of experience in a project management role in an external or internal agency.
- Successful track record or experience in project management in a marketing, advertising agency or other creative environment, including digital and print direct marketing campaigns
Relationship-building skills
- Ability or experience operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Crisis management skills, resourcefulness, and solution-oriented abilities.
- Ability to collaborate and effectively manage business expectations
Strong understanding of the creative process
