Description:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting and using hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize the LTE network.
• Representing the team for feature related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks by meeting deliverables and holding other parties accountable per project plan.
• Troubleshooting hardware and performance problems independently or by coordinating with other teams.
• Supporting Network Performance in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems.
• Reporting issues to appropriate engineers.
• Resolving customer service issues, assisting in implementing solutions, and collecting drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization.


MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

Extensive drive testing experience and LTE/5G optimization skills
Samsung experience to update anchors perform work in the USM.


DESIRED SKILLS:

At least 5 years experience in a System performance position.


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

4 year Engineering degree desired
