Job Description:

Baer is looking for SAP ECC S4HANA Testing Lead for a 24 month Federal Project located in Newtown Square, PA or Farmington, CT.

Title: SAP ECC S4HANA Testing Lead
Location: Remote and Newtown Square, PA or Farmington, CT
Duration: 24 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Lead the testing efforts for the ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion.


• Manage the test case creation, execution, and documentation using Solution Manager (SolMan).


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing of all systems and processes.


• Oversee the identification, tracking, and resolution of defects during testing.


• Ensure testing activities are completed on time and in alignment with project timelines.


• Provide guidance and mentorship to testing team members throughout the process.


• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.


• Report test progress, issues, and results to project leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP testing, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA or ECC.


• Minimum of 2 successful brownfield implementations as a Testing Lead.


• Strong knowledge of SAP testing processes and best practices.


• Experience using Solution Manager (SolMan) for test case management and defect tracking.


• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a testing team.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
