Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $65.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project/Program Manager (Corp) III
REMOTE


1 year contract




This job will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:



Lead Service Quality Assurance and Center of Excellence programs.


Operationalize and evolve service quality assurance.


Launch and lead the center of excellence support team.


Drive quality improvement initiatives.


Maintain feedback loops to enhance agent and player experience.


Partner with Sr. Manager to define strategy and resource models.


Leverage metrics to refine programs.


Establish and execute Center of Excellence program.


Communicate program status to stakeholders.



Required Qualifications:



7+ years in service quality assurance/operations.


3+ years leading these functions.


Experience in program design, leadership, and execution.


Ability to lead multiple projects.


Adaptable and action-oriented.


Willingness to travel up to 25%.



Desired Qualifications:



Experience managing partner operations and globally distributed teams.


Relevant degrees or certifications.


Experience in Tech/Gaming industry.
