Job Description

• Develop, qualify, and validate analytical test methods for drug product, intermediates and excipients


• Design and execute analytical development studies


• Write analytical method validation protocols and reports


• Write and maintain applicable SOPs


• Provide analytical support to QC, Process Engineering and Manufacturing as applicable


• Perform externally generated data review


• Assist in development stability study design and protocol writing


• Assist management during regulatory inspections and internal audits

Qualifications

• Must have hands on experience with aseptic techniques, mammalian cell culture and plate/cell-based assays


• Experience with a subset of the following: cellular reporter assays, cytotoxicity assays, LNP potency assays, RNA isolation, qPCR, transfection, cell-based potency assays, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, would be a plus.


• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills


• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude


• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors and/or Master's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology or related Life Science discipline


• PHD degree in related field with 1-2 years of experience is allowed.


• 5-7 years of contract laboratory/research or relevant industry experience


• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information



Salary Range: $35-$50 per hour



Status: (Part-time) 24hrs. per week.



Position is first shift position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
