Consult on complex initiatives: Provide expertise on large-scale planning and impactful software engineering projects.
Analyze and review challenges: Tackle multi-faceted, long-term software engineering issues requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors, including unprecedented and intangible elements.
Contribute to solutions: Address complex situations with a solid understanding of relevant functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
Collaborate strategically: Work closely with client personnel to provide strategic consultation and collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in Software Engineering, demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
ServiceNow Expertise: Minimum of 2 years in ServiceNow development/engineering.
Certification: Preferred ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
