The Total Rewards Senior Manager is responsible for Enpro's administration, systems and tools associated with compensation, stock administration and employee data management. This position partners with the Total Rewards team, Enpro businesses, and our vendors to develop best in class total rewards strategies and implementation of total rewards offerings globally. Responsibilities include developing and standardizing processes and tools to deliver fair compensation to all employees, processing employee data, producing HR-related reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant local and national regulations. Tools and systems include, but are not limited to job evaluation and architecture, participation in benchmarking surveys, management of Enpro's stock plan, compliance reporting, and management of related systems. This position requires the ability to lead people directly and through influence.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with HR team members, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders to align on the company's total rewards philosophy and goals
Support the VP, Total Rewards with executive compensation, including data, reports, stock administration, proxy data completion, employee training, etc.
In conjunction with the Total Rewards Analyst, work closely with HR business partners, talent acquisition, and key business leaders on compensation for new hires, promotions, transfers, and on-going job leveling, allowing for dynamic changes as the market demands
Coordinate employee data processing, including process improvement and documentation, and management of systems (current systems include UKG data entry, MarketPay, Curo, and Schwab EquiView)
Ensure US compliance in required reporting including EEO-1, CA Pay Data Reporting, VETS-100, and AAP, as well as compliance with US state pay transparency regulations, GDPR, and other global data privacy guidelines
Administer Enpro's stock plan through Schwab EquiView, including tracking share pool data, processing grant, lapse, and forfeiture transactions, and working with finance to ensure proper accounting data
Lead the team through regular benchmarking cycles to analyze and assess market data, industry trends, and best practices to create market competitive reward packages
Facilitate annual compensation review process including requirements gathering, system configuration, data preparation, process management, and communication
Assist in the preparation of budgets and prepares analyses
Lead and direct the work of the Total Rewards Analyst and lead through influence and collaboration across the Enpro functions and businesses to form best in class processes and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or related field
Master's degree preferred
5+ years as compensation analyst/specialist/manager - ideally in a publicly traded, mid-to-large-sized company
3+ years experience with compensation software (examples: CURO, Payscale Compensation Planning, MarketPay)
Experience managing the year-end compensation process required
Experience with stock-based compensation - including stock options, restricted stock, and performance-based stock awards is highly desirable
Advanced Excel skills - data analysis, v-lookups, pivot tables, modeling, etc.
Proven experience creating and managing innovative, compelling compensation and total rewards programs in a fast-paced environment; skilled at interpreting business needs and making decisions based on emerging priorities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into key insights and recommendations; financial prowess and ability to build and manage budgets, build predictive and projective models, full understanding of equity practices, accounting and taxation, etc.
Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive to success multiple concurrent projects; demonstrated expertise as an executor, with strong operational background
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across multiple levels of an organization on key compensation and benefits topics; excels at openness and flexibility with internal clients, balanced with maintaining consistency in total rewards philosophies and practices
