Boeing's Defense Space and Security Division (BDS) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking an Experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team supporting Air Dominance in Berkeley or Hazelwood, MO.
The Air Dominance Division includes developing the future of autonomous systems and next-generation aircraft and training systems, supporting cutting-edge fighter jets like the F-15EX, or working in proprietary spaces. Programs include F-15 Eagle, MQ-25 Stingray, F/A-18 Super Hornet and the EA-18G Growler, F-22 Raptor, and T-7 Red Hawk.
This role will play a supportive role in the deployment and administration of HR programs, policies, practices, and processes that align with our business objectives. This position requires a proactive team member who can effectively collaborate across the organization and with various levels to understand the business needs and assist in delivering customized HR solutions that contribute to overall organizational success.
Position Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Support the building of relationships with business leaders by aiding and guidance to enhance team performance and organizational culture
Issue Management and Consultation: Help address HR-related issues and consult with management to develop effective strategies
Talent Management: Assist in talent management activities, including supporting succession planning and staffing efforts to enhance workforce diversity
Implementation of HR Strategies: Aid in the implementation of HR strategies and practices, ensuring effective communication and engagement with employees
Data Analysis: Support the analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
Training and Development: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and promote a positive workplace culture
1+ year of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes
3+ years of experience in building relationships with stakeholders across functions
3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Human Resources certification(s) preferred
1+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
1+ years of experience supporting teams in a formal and/or informal role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at various levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving abilities and basic data analysis skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in creating presentations with PowerPoint and using Excel for data analysis and reporting

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $110,400
