Data Compliance Analyst at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Beacon Hill is seeking a detail-oriented Data Compliance Analyst to join the in-house legal team of a major pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in collecting, organizing, and managing critical data from various sources, ensuring it is properly formatted, compliant, and ready for integration into compliance reports. This position will support the ESG team and requires strong analytical and technical skills.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect data from various sources, such as invoices, contracts, and vendor records.


• Collate and organize enterprise-wide data into a digestible format and input it into appropriate databases.


• Ensure that data is organized according to relevant regulations and compliance requirements.


• Extract data from various sources and contribute to a platform that the team uses to generate compliance reports.


• Work closely with the team to address potential discrepancies, raise questions, and ensure that data is accurate and meets EU standards.


• Candidates with a background in environmental law preffered.


• Candidates must have strong communication skills.


• Experience using database platforms. Metrio is a plus.
