Senior Mass Tort Paralegal



Prominent catastrophic Personal Injury law firm based in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Mass Tort Paralegal to join their team. This position will support the Chair of the firm's Mass Tort Department.


The ideal candidate must possess 7-10 years of complex litigation experience, including trial experience in the courtroom. Previous Mass Tort plaintiff's experience is essential. Additional experience required with case management through all phases of litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, e-filing, conducting legal research, assisting with trial preparation and attending trials. Prior experience with the Philadelphia court system is key.


Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are critical. Time management and multi-tasking skills are required. Candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team in this fast-paced environment and be able to work with minimal guidance and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.


BA/BS a plus. Proficient in MS office applications required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
